22JL Terms & Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 22JL ("22JL", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://22jl.pro and its associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the 22JL Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits participation in online gambling;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of 22JL, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the 22JL Platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that would make participation in online gaming harmful to you.

22JL reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games on the 22JL Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 22JL Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact 22JL support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 22JL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify 22JL immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

22JL is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

22JL accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 22JL reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. Players are responsible for reviewing current limits before initiating transactions. 22JL does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Verified accounts in good standing typically receive GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. 22JL reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4 Funds Ownership

You confirm that all funds deposited into your 22JL account are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity. 22JL reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

22JL offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account;
• 22JL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time;
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts;
• 22JL reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 22JL Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 22JL does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. The following rules apply to all gameplay on the Platform:

• Game results are final once a round is completed. 22JL will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, 22JL reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account;
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. 22JL is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during gameplay;
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination;
• Players must not exploit software bugs or errors. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error may be voided.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 22JL Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 22JL staff or other players;
• Exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

8 Responsible Gaming

22JL is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care to our players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 22JL players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts to control their spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be permitted to register a new account;

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 22JL Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 22JL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 22JL.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22JL, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from third-party game provider software;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

22JL's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 22JL account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 22JL's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

22JL collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining its confidentiality. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. 12 Account Suspension & Termination

22JL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account;
• You fail to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• You are found to be ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, 22JL reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, any real-money balances held in your account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 22JL support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you following the processing of your final withdrawal request.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 22JL Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 22JL support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent 22JL from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

22JL reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

Your continued use of the 22JL Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
